3-D Patrol is a police decoy vehicle designed as an inexpensive alternative to
having an actual patrol car on the side of the road as a deterrent to speeding.
The vehicle is equipped with radar and a speed threshold control that allows it to turn
on flashing lights in the presence of an oncoming speeding vehicle.
